Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 6 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
- We deliver pan-India through trusted delivery partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others.
- Standard delivery time is:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location, courier service, and external factors (weather, strikes, etc.).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a nominal handling fee of ₹50–₹80 may apply depending on your location.
- Any promotional offers for Free Shipping will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link.
- You can also track your order by logging in to your axoralife.com Account → Orders → Track Order.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
- If the order remains undelivered after 3 attempts or if the address is incorrect/incomplete, the order will be returned to us.
- In such cases, we can reship your order once the correct address is confirmed (additional charges may apply).
6. Address Verification
- Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct before confirming the order.
- Orders with incomplete or unverifiable addresses may be delayed or cancelled.
7. International Shipping
- Currently, axoralife.com ships only within India.
- We are working to enable international shipping soon.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Please take unboxing photos/videos for record.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@axoralife.com or via our Help section.
We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Policy Updates
Axoralife reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
All updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
